Delete your data

1. Delete your whole account

• Sign in to Postuva and open Settings.
• Under Delete account, press Delete account…, enter your password and confirm.
• Your account, every workspace you own, their connected channels and access tokens, scheduled posts and uploaded media are deleted immediately. If you have a paid plan, cancel it on the Billing page first.

2. Disconnect one network

Open Channels in Postuva and press Remove next to the account. Its access token and its scheduled posts are deleted straight away. Your other channels are not affected.

3. Remove access from the network's side

You can also revoke Postuva's access directly on each network. Postuva can no longer post to that account afterwards, and the channel shows as needing reconnection until you delete it.

• Facebook and Instagram: Facebook Settings → Apps and websites, or Instagram Settings → Apps and websites → Remove.
• Threads: Threads Settings → Account → Website permissions → Remove.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions → Remove access.
• YouTube and Google Business Profile: Google account → Third-party connections → Delete all connections.
• LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services → Remove.
• X, Pinterest, Reddit and Tumblr: the connected apps section of each network's settings.

4. Ask us to delete your data

If you can't sign in, email support@postuva.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We'll confirm and delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. Billing records we must keep for tax purposes are kept for the period the law requires and then deleted.

5. What isn't deleted

Posts that Postuva has already published live on each network and belong to your account there. Deleting your Postuva account doesn't remove them; delete them on the network if you want them gone.
